May 24th, 2013

Saturday, May 25 at 2pm for the “March against Monsanto”
For a list of 250 cities participating: http://bit.ly/ZTDsk8

All ages are welcome! Family friendly. Wear costumes, bring signs, noisemakers, your voices, camera and wear comfortable shoes, because we will be marching!

We will gather at the fountain in St. George’s Square, downtown Guelph, outside the BMO Bank, and will march through the downtown core, informing the public and making a visible statement of our opposition to the Monsanto corporation

WHAT TO WEAR: Your favorite plant or animal costume, Anti-Monsanto shirt, or just the colour *Red*. Wear red as a form of solidarity support towards this action.

This action is being organized in solidarity with the international march, by:
Occupy Gardens (an OPIRG Guelph Action Group) and Council of Canadians – Guelph chapter

This great 3 minute video details the thoughts of Jodi Koberinski (Organic Council of Ontario), Linda Laepple ( NFU-O) and farmer Paul Noble among others.
