Food and Water First Celebration in Honeywood

Sunday August 18th. Come and celebrate Food and Water First in Honeywood. Follow the map; it’s just north of Shelburne.

706114 County Rd. 21
Honeywood, ON L0N1H0

It will be a wonderful event and if you missed Foodstock you won’t want to miss this one too. CoC – Guelph will be there with our water protection information.

We are supporting the York Lands Green Hub that is gathering endorsements in Ontario for an Ontario environmental exposition site at the old Guelph Correctional Centre. It could be a self-sustaining education, demonstration and research hub to bring together businesses, organizations, and people of all ages and interests to learn, work,
share, and create, with the common purpose of being engaged stewards of our land, food, water, and our overall wellbeing.

The Province of Ontario and its citizens will be recognized as world leaders in the development and implementation of resilient and sustainable ecological, social, and economic innovations related to:
-energy & transportation
-water & resource conservation
-local food production & security
-cultural/natural heritage preservation
-job creation
